schemes from registered residents of UT of J & K.The solution connects Citizens and Officials on an app based platform where a grievance once reported against a specific scheme is automatically mapped to a location specific Official hierarchy undertaking implementation of the specific scheme.The solution has a Mobile App Based Interface for Citizens and Officials and a Web Based Interface for Admin.Jan Nigrani has both C2G and G2G interfaces for reporting and enabling level-wise action against a case respectively.
